In March this year I got to meet the incredibly talented and even more humble Slick Willie Shaw and Sweet J Ekworomadu of the Harlem Globetrotters. They were on a tour of South Africa to do some public relations with the announcement that they would be returning to play in our country for the first time in nearly twenty years.
The Harlem Globetrotters will be entertaining South Africans with exhibition matches in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. It will be an iconic and memorable moment when the team whom Nelson Mandela was an honorary member of, takes to the court in July.
